Ambience Photography is owned and operated by Heather Dunn of Wasilla Alaska.
Heather began her love for pictures and photography in highschool. She would take pictures for her little school's yearbook.
And when she got married and had kids, her love for photography just exploded! She was amazed at how quickly each child changed and it created in her a fervor to record the little things- from their pudgy toes to the tops of their curly heads.
Ambience began as a friend who had enjoyed Heather's knack for photography for years, asked her to take pictures of her wedding. That was in 2005. Now the business has snowballed into a very enjoyable cottage industry for Heather. Her clients are echoing what her friends and family have said for years: "The shots she took turned out so beautifully." (Shere Albright -2007) "It was really fun and she made me look so beautiful!" (Kathryn Campbell -2007) ; "She captured the most memorable and special moments. She must have been everywhere at once, but I never even noticed her." (Marissa VanThiel- 2006)
Meanwhile, Heather is loving spending time getting to know her clients and capturing moments with them as they grow and change in each season.
